A sensor checks that the workpiece is correctly positioned prior to the desired operation.
The sensor measures the position and height and compares these with the set reference.
Any deviations are corrected or trigger an error message to prevent mis-drilling.

Ability to machine two mirrored parts simultaneously.
The CNC controls both positions synchronously using a mirrored program (top/bottom).
This increases productivity and ensures identical, symmetrical parts.

The 1600×500 mm air cushion table with blower ensures smooth feeding of workpieces at the machine's in-feed side.

The central lubrication system provides various guides with a controlled dose of lubricant.

2 independent CNC-driven rack-and-pinion clamps, guided by oversized prismatic guides.
