The CNC machine is equipped with this unit:

• Vertical slotting saw with a power rating of 1.7 kW (2.5 hp)

This stop cylinder allows you to position the workpiece correctly before machining begins.
The stop cylinder moves downwards at the start of the machining cycle.

When entering the length dimension of new or re-sharpened tools, the machine places the tool on a calibrated measuring surface.
The measured actual value is compared with the theoretically entered value and is automatically adjusted in the tool library.
This results in highly precise machining operations.

The following tools are included with the CNC machine:

• Lamello saw D63 x 5 mm

An automatically controlled side guide on a CNC drilling machine ensures precise positioning of the workpiece against a fixed reference. At the same time, an integrated air jet system removes chips and dust during and after drilling.

This horizontal light curtain detects interruptions in the light beams and stops the machine when an object or person is detected.

The fencing provides a robust enclosure on maximum of 3 sides of the CNC machining center.
The open side is equipped with another safety system of choice, in according with CE regulations.
This prevents the operator from unintentionally entering the danger zone of the machine.

Electrical control cabinet equipped with high-quality electronic components from well-known manufacturers, featuring an integrated air conditioning system for optimal thermal stability and a longer service life.

A 2000 x 600 mm air cushion table positioned at the front/input of the machine, equipped with a powerful 1.1 kW blower. This creates a thin air cushion, allowing the workpiece to be fed and positioned with virtually no friction.
