3-assige CNC machine
3-assige CNC-bewerking is een van de meest toegankelijke en veelzijdige vormen van computergestuurde bewerking. Bij dit proces bewegen de snijgereedschappen gecoördineerd langs drie lineaire assen: X, Y en Z.

De X-as zorgt voor horizontale zijwaartse bewegingen

De Y-as beweegt het gereedschap vooruit en achteruit

De Z-as regelt de verticale op- en neergaande beweging
Deze drie assen werken mogelijks gelijktijdig samen (3-assen interpolerend) om 2D- en 3D-vormen en contouren te bewerken. Een 3-assige CNC-machine is uitermate geschikt voor uiteenlopende bewerkingstaken zoals het frezen, het boren en zagen uit te voeren.
Dankzij de precisie van deze machines kunnen hoogwaardig en precies afgewerkte onderdelen en functionele componenten vervaardigd worden uit diverse ruwe materialen. 3-assige CNC-machines zijn dan ook een uitstekende keuze voor zowel prototyping als seriematige productie.

Onze ervaren trainers stemmen de CNC opleiding volledig af op jouw machines, toepassingen en productieproces. Of het nu gaat om basiskennis voor nieuwe medewerkers of diepgaandere optimalisatie voor ervaren operatoren, wij zorgen ervoor dat jouw team de machines vlot en veilig gebruikt.
