DB&S Machines wants to offer its customers a total package in the after-sales service. Service is a very important pillar in this regard. Our own trained technicians will come to you as soon as possible in case of a problem. A solution can often already be offered by telephone, since we can dial in to any machine from Hooglede and monitor everything in this way. The installation and commissioning of the machines is also done by our own people. So no help from the manufacturer is required for this.
Afterwards, we also provide the necessary training ourselves, so that everyone can immediately start working with the new machine. Our maintenance contracts are therefore in high demand and offer a perfect guarantee on a properly running machine.
