AES beam panel saws are designed to cut panels as efficiently as possible. The horizontal saw guarantees fast and precise cuts thanks to a robust frame and the use of powerful motors, prismatic guides, etc.
The sturdy crossbar supporting the clamps and the spacious air-cushion front tables ensure precise positioning of the panels to be cut.

If you want to go a step further than a traditional panel saw, the AES BETA panel saw is the ideal solution. Designed to efficiently and accurately machine panels up to 4,200 mm at speeds of up to 70 m/min. The machine is built with a welded steel chassis for the highest accuracy in a mass production environment.

Three (or four) work tables with air cushions allow fast and accurate loading and unloading of panels. The clamp bar has 8 powerful clamps for accurate positioning, with a built-in side alignment system.

The high-quality saw carriage with solid steel construction accurately supports and guides the main saw and crosscut saw blade using brushless servo motors. The saw and saw blade diameter motors are available in various power and size options.
