Back to overviewTRANSlift is the perfect completion of your new or existing OTT edge joining machine:
The workpieces are returned to the operator fully-automatically.
Via an automatic air-cushion lifting table and an air-cushion connecting table between conveyor outlfeed and input of the edge bander, the workpieces are ergonomically manipulated and introduced for the next pass.
Control fully integrated in the edge-bander control panel.
If required, various workpiece sizes can be turned 90° or 180° by the vacuum manipulator.
Individually adjustable per passage/finishing side of the workpiece.
Workpieces up to 1300 x 3000 mm are turned by the system and returned to the operator.
Small workpieces can be turned in groups.
Oversized panels can be returned manually over roller tracks.
